Vincent Scarlatos is a full-time REALTOR® with Corcoran Premier Realty in its Winter Park office. He recently moved to Corcoran after more than 16 years as a Top-Producer with his prior agency, Olde Town Brokers. Vincent actively assists listing and buying clients throughout Central Florida, specializing in residential markets including Winter Park, Maitland, Baldwin Park, College Park, and downtown Orlando markets. His clients appreciate his knowledge and capacity to identify and understand new market trends and have engaged him to represent them in transactions throughout the State of Florida, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, New Smyrna Beach, Coral Gables, and Vero Beach.
In 2004, he began his real estate brokerage career with Signature GMAC Real Estate in Winter Park quickly being awarded the company’s Rookie of the Year and subsequently serving as Lead Sales Manager from 2004-2007. He is a prior recipient of Orlando Magazine’s HOT 100 Realtor Award and most recently recognized as a 2020 Orlando Magazine ALL-STAR. He is a consistent recipient of Key Member Awards from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. He has remained a member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 1993.
